Kenton “Kent” Spencer, Arnold Missouri, 1964-2024

Kenton Blake Spencer, age 59, formerly of Springfield, Illinois, passed away at 1:05 p.m. Thursday April 18th, 2024, at Mercy Hospital South, St. Louis, Missouri.

He was born June 19th, 1964, in Springfield, the son of Ronald and Donna Spencer. Grandparents, Jess and Marie Prentice and Ernestine and Homer Spencer preceded him in death., Ronald E. “Ronnie Gene” Spencer, Jr. also proceeded him in death in 2018.

Kent graduated from Rochester High School in 1982. He went on to graduate from Rankin Tech School, St. Louis, Missouri.

Pursing his love of Heating and Air he started his career with Henson Robinson and then went back to St. Louis to work at various Heating and Air Companies. He was a member of IBEW Local 137.

He is survived by parents, Ronald and Donna Spencer, Springfield, Son Jacob (wife Allie) McKeon, of Sherman, brother Kevin (wife Julie) Spencer, Springfield, Sister Vicki Hammond, of Liberal, Kansas, Sister Debbie (husband Mike) Meyer, Nephew Kyle (Companion Sara Staley) Spencer.

Cremation was accorded by St. Louis Cremation.

Family and Friends are invited to join the Spencer Family for a Celebration of Life for Kent on June 9th, 2024, from 1-3 PM at the Elks Lodge 158, 409 East Lake Shore Drive, Springfield, Illinois.
